This website does not accept
online ordering. To purchase Clearance and Specials items online please go to
www.shop.upgrademotoring.com. Please call us at 818.998.6005 M-F 10:00am - 6:00pm PST to
place your orders on items not found in the shopping cart. We accept Visa,
Master Card, ATM and Discover Credit Cards. Whenever possible we prefer to not accept credit cards issued by Chase
Manhattan Bank. From our past experience with them, they have not been honorable. We will only ship to the billing address or registered
addresses with your credit card company. We do not accept credit cards for international
orders. For international orders (excluding Canada), we require
prepayment by wire transfer. For wire transfer information please e-mail or call
us at 818.998.6005. Purchases on credit cards from Wholesale accounts are
subject to a 3% processing handling fee.

Store Policy:
Some engine
modifications parts Legal in California only for racing vehicles, which may
never be used upon a highway. No cancellations, refunds or exchanges on special
order items. We require a minimum 50% nonrefundable deposit on special order
items. No refunds or exchanges after 7 days. No cash refunds, store credit
only. A 20% processing fee will be charged on all Authorized Returned
Merchandise or Cancelled orders. Returned merchandise must be unopened, unused
and in original saleable packaging. Returned merchandise must be accompanied
with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No item may be returned
without our having issued a prior return authorization, (R.A. #). Returns sent
without an R.A. # will be refused. No returns on
electrical parts. A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. Customer
will be responsible for any and all fees associated with non payment. Parts will
remain property of Upgrade Motoring until payment is received in full. Parts not
picked up or paid in full within 7 days are subject to restocking fees and/or
loss of deposit. Shipping shortages or damaged goods must be reported to us
within 48 hours of receipt. Inspect your package when it arrives and note ANY
damage above your signature and notify the driver. Please save all packaging for
any claims. Prices

just south of the Northridge Fashion Center. Northridge is about 30 minutes NW of Downtown Los Angeles.
