Some OEM Mikuni / Solex 40PHH Carburetor applications use Mikuni 44PHH gaskets kits. The main difference between Mikuni Performance Carburetors and Mikuni / Solex OE carburetors is the Float Chamber Cover. The Float Chamber Cover is item #17, the Float Chamber Cover Gasket is item #18, in the exploded view diagram. Please be sure your Float Chamber Cover Gasket matches the gasket pictured.
To identify the size of your Mikuni PHH Carburetor, the Throttle Valve (Plate) of a 44PHH is stamped 175. A Mikuni 40PHH is stamped 165. A Mikuni /Solex 50phh is stamped 180. Please confirm your Mikuni PHH carburetor type, size and match the items pictured, prior to ordering.
Note: This kit does not include the Pump Diaphragm (Item #52) or Figure Eight O-Ring. Pump Diaphragm (Part #N107.030) and Figure Eight O-Ring (Part #N107.008) are sold separately or in a rebuild kit package #Z70-1040+PDFE. Each carburetor requires One Pump Diaphragm and Two Figure Eight O-Rings.
