Tanabe Turbine Tube/Downpipe

Upgrading the TURBINE TUBE, also known as the downpipe will have the greatest impact on turbocharged vehicles. Turbo efficiency, power, and response is greatly improved with a more free-flowing turbine tube. Each downpipe has an EGT Bung with cap for those who wish to monitor exhaust gas temperatures without having to drill into their downpipe.

Also available, the ultra efficient Y-PIPE for vehicles with the VQ35DE engine eliminates huge restrictions found on the factory Nissan/Infiniti exhaust system's piping, and provides huge horsepower gains when used with Tanabe catback exhausts.

Constructed from 100% stainless steel and manufactured with the same quality standards as our exhaust systems, the Tanabe turbine tube is the perfect addition for the ultimate exhaust system on your turbo-charged vehicle. Extract the most power from your turbo application. By increasing the exhaust flow from the turbo via larger diameter piping, we are able to dramatically increase turbo efficiency, power, and response. Each downpipe has a welded exhaust gas temperature probe bung (with cap) for those who want to monitor their temperature readings with a gauge.

Tanabe Tuner Medalion Universal Mufflers

For those who wish to create their own custom Tanabe exhaust system, universal TUNER MEDALION mufflers are now available. Featuring inlet sizes ranging from 60-80mm, Tuner Medalion mufflers are perfect for any custom NA or Turbo exhaust application. Ideal for fabrication of a full catback system, simple axle-back exhaust systems, or for vehicles that do not readily have a catback exhaust system available for them. Tuner Medalion Mufflers are available in RACING or HYPER trim. The Tuner Medalion Racing Muffler is a rebuildable unit that comes with a removable inner silencer.
