Rays Duraluminum 35mm Rays 35mm Gun Metal Rays Duraluminum 50mm Rays Engineering, the maker of Volk Racing Wheels, Gram lights, 57 Motorsports, Lexion and more, has released a new line of lightweight performance lug nuts. Made from Duralumin, these 35mm tall lug nuts are extremely strong and lightweight. The Rays Duralumin Standard Type lug nuts are 0.8 oz. each compared to 2.1 oz. for most stock lugs. In addition to the performance aspects, the Rays Engineering lug nuts also feature one 7-sided lug nut per wheel. These heptagonal nuts look stock from a distance, but can only be removed with the specially designed socket that comes with the set. The lock key outside diameter is 26mm wide. These Project KICS R26 and R40 lightweight lug nuts are made by cold forged SCM-435 material, attached rotating taper seat made of A7075-T6 Aluminum and Ultra Hard Alumite finish. Project KICS R26 racing lug nuts are 26 grams each and are sold in a 20 pack, includes 4 locks and two wrench adapters. R26 lugs are ~27mm tall. The R40 lugs are ~44mm tall. The head size is 17mm on R26 and R40. Project KICS R40 Racing lug nuts are 40 grams each extended lugs and are sold in a 20 pack and include one wrench adapter. Derived from the Italian word "leggero" for light and "duraluminum" for its material composition, the LEGGDURA Racing lug nuts are made in Japan from forged A7075-T6 Aluminum Alloy. Muteki Light Weight Spline Driven Lug Nuts
Each Muteki Lug weighs only 36g, This is lighter than typical lug nuts at 60g. Made of cold forged 1008 steel, which enables the lug nut to be made smaller and lighter, but strength to match or exceed other standard lug nut specifications. Smaller compact size, 20mm base diameter and 34mm tall (closed end). Open end lugs are ~25mm tall. The adapter keys only measure only ~20mm wide. Muteki Lugs come in Black, Chrome, Red, Purple and Blue finish. They feature a six spline side instead of the standard six sided lug. They come in a 20 piece pack in 12x1.25 and 12x1.5mm thread pitches. Available in closed end or open end. Extra Muteki six spline adapter keys on sale for $20.00 each.

Kyokugen lugs are unique in their design. They are seven sided instead of the standard six sides. In addition to the added security, these nuts also weigh 50% less than stock lug nuts (0.9 oz. vs. 2.1 oz.) Sets are available in 12 x 1.5mm and 12 x 1.25mm and come in red, chrome, black, or silver. Available in open end or closed end lugs. Kyokugen open end lugs measure 25mm tall. The head measures 16mm across from side (one point) to side (flat side). The base is 20mm wide. The Kyokugen New Thicker Walled Keys are ~24mm wide. Sets are sold in packs of 20 pcs only.
