Please be sure your Float Chamber Cover Gasket matches the gasket pictured. To identify the size of Mikuni Carburetor, the Throttle Plate (Valve) of a 44PHH will be stamped 175. A 40PHH will be stamped 165. Please confirm your Mikuni PHH carburetor type, size and match the items pictured prior to ordering.

The #Z70-1040 gasket kit does not include the Pump Diaphragm (Part #N107.030), sold separately or available in a package #Z70-1040+PD/FE.

This rebuild kit is for the Mikuni 40PHH Performance Carburetor. This #Z70-1040 kit is not for the Mikuni Solex Type 3 40PHH (See #Z70-1044S4-1) or Type 4 40PHH (See #Z70-1044) Carburetors. One main difference between Mikuni Performance Aftermarket Carburetors and Mikuni Solex OE carburetors is the Float Chamber Cover. The Float Chamber Cover is item #17, the Float Chamber Cover Gasket is item #18, in the exploded view. Please be sure your Float Chamber Cover Gasket matches the gasket pictured.
