Some OEM Mikuni / Solex 40PHH Carburetor applications use Mikuni 44PHH gaskets kits. The main difference between Mikuni Performance Carburetors and Mikuni / Solex OE carburetors is the Float Chamber Cover. The Float Chamber Cover is item #17, the Float Chamber Cover Gasket is item #18, in the exploded view diagram. Please be sure your Float Chamber Cover Gasket matches the gasket pictured.

To identify the size of your Mikuni PHH Carburetor, the Throttle Valve (Plate) of a 44PHH is stamped 175. A Mikuni 40PHH is stamped 165. A Mikuni /Solex 50phh is stamped 180. Please confirm your Mikuni PHH carburetor type, size and match the items pictured, prior to ordering.

Mikuni does not offer a specific rebuild kit for the 40PHH and 44PHH Mikuni / Solex OE Type 3 S4 Four Bolt FCC applications. Please see gasket rebuild kit packages #Z70-1044S4 and #Z70-1044S4+PDFE.

Note: This kit does not include the Pump Diaphragm (Item #52) or Figure Eight O-Ring. Pump Diaphragm (Part #N107.030) and Figure Eight O-Ring (Part #N107.008) are sold separately or in a rebuild kit package. Each carburetor requires two Figure Eight O-rings.

Note: This kit fits Mikuni / Solex Type T 40PHH Carburetor application. This was a OE Toyota carburetor commonly found on 18RG and 2TC/3TC applications. The Type T Jet Chamber Cover Gasket and Float Adjuster Gasket are Not included in this kit. They are discontinued and are no longer available. Please compare items included in this kit to your application for confirmation, prior to ordering.
