Mikuni Solex 40PHH Carburetor – Toyota – Type 5, Type T – Gasket Rebuild Kit + Pump Diaphragm and two Figure 8 O-Rings Package. #Z70-1040T5+PDFE. This carburetor application is found on some Toyota 18RG, 3TC, 2TC engines. Also referred to as Mikuni / Solex – Type T or Type 5 Carburetors. This Gasket Rebuild Kit includes a reproduction Jet Chamber Cover Gasket and Float Adjuster Gasket. The remaining items in this gasket kit are genuine Mikuni parts. Made in Japan.

The Mikuni / Solex Type 5 or Type T Carburetor was a Toyota Original Equipment option on some 18RG, 3TC, 2TC applications. This carburetor was not sold via Mikuni American.

This Z70-1040T5+PDFE Gasket Rebuild Kit Package also includes one Pump Diaphragm (#52) #N107.030 and two Figure 8 O-Rings (#N107.008) – The Figure 9 O-Rings are not identified in the exploded view diagram. They are located underneath the sides of the Jet Block housing.

The Gasket Rebuild Kit is also available separately, Part Number #Z70-1040T5.

We are working on a Replacement Alternative for the Air Diaphragm. The Mikuni / Solex air diaphragm is discontinued and is no longer available.
